Mental Health Line
The Mental Health Line (MHL) is a 24-hour, 7 day service operated by a mental health clinician who can offer support and connect consumers with the appropriate local public health mental health service within NSW. This includes referral to the adult, and child and youth mental health services on the Northern Beaches

Search for a local GP service on the Health Direct website. GPs can provide advice on mental health and local services and can draw up a Mental Health Plan so you can get a Medicare rebate for psychological treatment.

The Seasons Program
The Seasons Program engages with a person in the first 12 weeks following an attempted suicide. A care coordinator will link the person and their family with emotional, clinical and practical support providers in the region.
